Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
You have 14 days after you receive your order to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, the item being returned must be in the same condition that it was received; unused and in its original packaging. Sealed product may have manufacture defects to packaging or contents which can include but are not limited to small rips/scuffs/nicks in the plastic seal or other imperfections - imperfections or manufacturer defects are not eligible reasons for return/refund. Please refer to the damaged goods section below for refunds related to orders that are ripped on livestream, aside from damage that can be proven to have occurred during shipment, live rip orders are non-refundable. Pre-orders are non refundable - we secure pre-order quantities based on when orders are placed and while market value pre-release does fluctuate, you agree to pay the posted price at the time you secure your pre-order for a new release or for a box break. 

Damaged Goods
Inspect your order upon receipt to ensure you have received your items in acceptable condition. Orders are shipped with limited insurance to cover the value of the order itself, not to cover the value of any cards that are pulled and so if you would like to insure your order with increased coverage, please contact us prior to shipment. Refunds on damaged goods are subject to insurance claim approval. It is the customer's responsibility to provide any and all relevant evidence to build a case to submit for insurance claims and at that point if the claim is approved the return will then be processed minus the processing fee described below.



Refund Processing and Fee
To initiate a return, you must contact us at dave.thecollectorsparadise@gmail.com. Do not send items back for returns without first contacting us to initiate this process. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling expenses related to returns.

Once your items are in our possession we will notify you and begin the inspection process. If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email and you should expect to see the refund processed according to your payment provider's processing turnaround time - in most cases this is 3-5 business days but can vary.


All cancellations & refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
